Ok so the ‘Probably Skepta’ part was a lie but JC knew it was coming! BB, Twitter and Facebook have been alive with the sound of muuuusic for the last two or three days with comments on the porno with a soundtrack. The BWNG decided to finally watch it as late as this morning just to get cheap thrills see whether it was just another soft porn RnB Style video or whether Skepta just earned himself a movie/music deal with Vivid Entertainment.

…so after watching that, here’s JC and Don Kwelu’s Mandom (as in random…not mandem) Thoughts on the ‘All Over The House’ video
1. The promotion of Safe Sex was minimal…we don’t believe you, you need more people. The cameraman tried to play tricks on us with the bright light clips showing the dude wearing a condom, yet in the dark clips it went missing. If he didn’t wear one full stop maybe we would have missed it but the fact he wore one for maybe a total of six strokes alone makes me think maybe it was intentional. C’mon son! Shambles
2. Watching Skepta rapping in the hallway whilst they’re having sex in the background is one of the funniest things I’ve seen in 2011 so far.
3. Ironically this is like one of the first videos that follows the story the song depicts
4. We understand that paying adult entertainment stars isn’t cheap but I mean dayum, choose a cast that’s easy on the eyes. Skepta gets a side eye for casting an ugly chick and some bald brother who insisted on screwing his face for the entire video. Should’ve got Millian Blu, Cherokee D’Ass, Jamzine Cashmere (I don’t know them I just googled it….) hell I would’ve got Montana Fishburne‘s bullet-wounded ass up in there. It looks like he found two randoms on the street paid them a tenner gave them a mixtape and they put in a shift.
5. Lipsing armpits isn’t sexy

6. Isn’t Skepta Nigerian? This isn’t good news for him, what will his mum say? I’ll tell you what. “So you’re making money and this is how you behave? you are a disgrace! your friend is sleeping with oyinbo and you are rapping in the background we are going to see the pastor now now” …ask a Nigerian friend to translate.
7. Sex in the shower with no water running or splashing over you is dry (double entendre, Jigga you aint nothing!!)
8. Skepta probably didn’t consider the demographic of his fan base. Now we are all adults and aware that sex is a natural thing and everybody does it; however Skepta failed to realise at least 49% (you’ll understand why it’s not 50 after our 9th thought) of his fan base are school kids on the bus playing “too many man” on loudspeaker through their phone.
These are not the most mature citizens the Uk has to offer, you’ll have them trying to re-enact scenes and endorsing the freeness of sex at a young age. Therefore don’t be surprised when the major talking point is errr he ate her Nani (no Man Utd) or he put his fingers in there and she licked it.
9. This will be a new entry on most porn websites, meaning over 50’s with unlimited internet access and a love for pornorap are loving him right now and have created 1% of his new fan base.
At the end of the day we can’t truly say what Skepta’s thoughts were with the release of this video but it was clearly something made to create a buzz and try something totally different. He and we both know that this was never intended for TV release (or even youtube) but just something to add to his videography.
He created an adult video for adults on an adult website so it is unfortunate that this will spread to fans as young as 10 but hey the world is curious and nosey. In terms of PR this has been a great week for him, bad or good. Whether this will be beneficial in the long run though only time will tell.

Well, I managed to watch about 30 seconds of the video before I had to go say 10 Hail Marys, an Our Father and repent like a muhfugga.
From that 30 seconds, I managed to gather that the ‘song’ is indeed quite literal – they apparently really did have sex all over the house. Merry Christmas.
I’m not gonna get all deep and list the many (oh so many) ways in which this video offends me as a woman, a human, a hip hop fan and an earthling, other than to echo your point about his demographic. I’m not sure what his objective was in releasing this pile of cack, but it does nothing to distract from the fact that the song is utter shite gift wrapped in wackness and given to a disappointed child.
That reaction video though? *dead* Did that dude really try to start a sentence ‘if you look past the porn though…’ – even HE couldn’t finish that thought.

To be honest if he’d have cast attractive ‘porn stars’ I’d have quite enjoyed it…it’s different and it follows the theme rather than girls shaking their asses when it has no link to the song content… I don’t agree with the fact that young ‘children’ effectively will view it though, that saddens me…

Sooo erm ….. This is what we’re calling innovation in 2011! The video is tasteless, the cast are too harsh on the eye. I agree with all the mandom thoughts put forward. I’m still trying to understand where this development is heading.

From now on people should not describe music videos as resembling porn videos EVER again, everything before this has been a lie. I mistakenly thought it was gonna be along the lines of a Raheem DeVaughan/Trey Songz riské feat. How I was wrong. Curiosity killed this cat.

His fanbase has gone up and everyone is talking about him. Typical Nigerian, I hope he converts this interest into naira!
The ONLY negative is that there will be under aged people who will view this video as pointed out in the article and whilst he has a responsibility it isnt his primary responsibility to raise people’s kids!

One good thing about this video is that the girl was not black thank God! If it was a black woman I would’ve sent hitmen for Skepta for trying to degrade the black woman. And as for this Paris Rocks chick, the only thing that rocks is her chin. She’s a fugly piece of toss I tell you. Pornstars are just prostitutes in my eyes. The only difference being that they’re taped.
Skepta has just gone waaayyy down in my eyes. JME was always my favourite out of the two brothers and Skepta was really sad for having to stoop so low just to get some publicity. Your article is a very good one and I agree with every one of your points. I don’t know any mother who’d be proud of this ! Its a classless, cheap way to get himself, some quick road hype but then what’s his next party trick after this piece of excitement dies down ? Its a poor creative decision, displays bad judgement and gives too much shine to a really bad song – morality is dead!

lol @ Naija mom & video reactions. I remember when I first watched it (couldn’t get past 10 seconds this time around), I was surprised that it was basically straight up porn as well. It’s tasteless, and not particularly visually appealing. And yeah, it’s a shame that a lot of little kids will be exposed to it.

This video should get remade with an UPGRADE in casting. This video won’t even get play on BET at 3 in the morning. I’d say that he was pushing the envelope or furthering the game, but I just don’t know which game he’s trying to own. Porn or grown folk music? I just don’t know. Love the reaction video, freaking hilarious.
